Order Handling Basics

- All flowers vary based on seasonal availability.

- Finished arrangements may not match the image exactly—each design is unique and handcrafted with care.

- Due to high order volume and delivery routes, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.

- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain stems are unavailable.


Delivery & Fulfillment

Sizing & Stems
Arrangement sizes and stem counts vary depending on the style and shape. Here's a general guide:

  • Standard: 15–20 stems

  • Premium: 20–30 stems

  • Deluxe: 30–40 stems

Express Delivery
Express orders are prioritized and processed immediately. We aim to deliver them by 2 PM. If an express delivery does not arrive by 2 PM and you selected the express option at checkout, you may request a refund for the express fee.

Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) in the recipient’s time zone are typically delivered the same day, Monday through Saturday.

Curbside Pickup
Need it fast and want to swing by? We offer free, quick curbside pickup. Just give us a call at 984-295-8511 when you arrive and we’ll bring it right out.

Delivery Times
While we can’t promise specific delivery times, you’ll receive status updates and a final notification once your order is delivered. For time-sensitive orders (schools, businesses, or funerals), we do our absolute best to meet timing needs—though weather, distance, or short notice may impact availability. During peak holidays, timed delivery requests are rarely possible.

Delayed Delivery
If a delay occurs due to circumstances outside our control (weather, traffic, incorrect address, recipient not home, etc.), we will attempt redelivery the next business day and make every effort to contact both the sender and recipient with updates. On major flower holidays, deliveries may occur as late as 9 PM.

Funeral Homes
These orders are always our highest priority. If an order is placed too late to arrive before a service, we’ll reach out immediately to offer alternative options—like sending flowers to the family's home. Don’t know the exact address? We can look it up for you. If an order is scheduled before the actual service date, we will coordinate delivery per the funeral home’s guidelines.

Substitution Policy
Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, we sometimes substitute blooms of equal or greater value. We always aim to preserve the look, feel, color palette, and style of the original design. In single-variety arrangements (like all roses), the flower type takes priority over the color.

Holiday Pricing
Some floral items may be priced higher during major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.). If a price increases for a holiday, it will be reflected at checkout once a holiday delivery date is selected. Prices typically increase from Feb 1–15 and early May.

Price Change
Occasionally, local florist partners in certain areas may have minimums higher than your order total. In those cases, we’ll reach out with options to adjust or upgrade your order so we can complete your delivery as requested.

Cancellation Policy
We’re happy to assist with cancellations before your order is out for delivery. If the order is already en route or delivered, unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation.
